I admit I love the colours for this one here. The softness of Russia's coat and the background sky (I'm a sucker for backgrounds like this), the blue of italy's clothes that stands quite well against the mild calm of the rest of the drawing draws well to the pose of Ru and Ita.
Italy's face is quite sweet and I quite enjoy the pose and the hold Russia has on his shoulder (it's both a little possessive but mainly protective), though maybe it's just me, but Russia's face seems a little... blank. I dunno, like he's lost thinking about something else while at the same time taking comfort in italy's presence under his arm (he has a sweetness hit to his vacuity...), but his eyes are really splendid. The colour and the highlight! *takes delight in the small things*
I also really love the background. i know i said it once, but... well, i'll say it again. it's simple yet very good at the same time. *loves*
