I am actually absolutely in love with this series. It's light, it's funny, it's tear-jerking and it's just beautiful *sobs*
I didn't do it much justice though but I've always wanted to try drawing Natsume. He's actually quite fun to draw ^^
lol, actually while I was drawing this, I was also re-watching Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei. Although Kamiya Hiroshi uses different tones but sometimes when Natsume yelps or screams, I instantly remember Itoshiki-sensei

This is lovely... I totally agree with your view of the series, I'm in the middle of watching it and I laugh and cry nearly every episode! I love all the fanart - a lot of it has this whimsical beauty about it, just like the show. Your pic captured that as well!
